The Serious Starvation Deaths Are About To Begin In Gaza

I’ll keep this one brief. Almost no food or water has gone into Gaza for months. What I’m seeing is that it’s hit the crisis point. I’d expect a few hundred thousand more people to die in the next two to three months. The minimum death toll pre-Trump was about 400K as I read it, and probably more.

This is a holocaust.

There wasn’t much anyone who reads this site could have done about it, but I hope, for your sake, that you were consistently against it.

As for Israel, they have damned themselves and so has every politician and corporate executive in the world who could have done something and didn’t.

Forgive the lack of a long article with sources. We’re past that. Anyone who doesn’t see this and doesn’t expect it at this point simply doesn’t care to know.

Watch the Zionists blame Gazans for starving. “Look what you made me do!” is a favorite trope of the abuser.

Finster calls it. Nice segment on Due Dissidence today showing Israelis spitting on Palestinian Christians before the bombed the local Catholic Church (a “mistake,” lies Trump spox and others), killing several.

After a MAGA, Christian Identity lunatic killed the Dem. house speaker Melissa Hortman in Minnesota a month ago, she was lauded, e.g. the local Shit-Lib rag on July 10 had a feature story “Melissa Hortman was a lover of trees.”

Well, that seems nice but hating Middle-Eastern Muslims and Christians and funding and cheering from their deaths kind of cancels out any sympathy I (& others I’d assume) might feel about her. See this story in the racist Jewish “Forward”: https://forward.com/fast-forward/728176/melissa-hortman-minnesota-jewish-israel/

The story lies that she wanted “a future of Israeli and Palestinian coexistence,” but I could find zero in researching her that suggests the latter part of that quote was true in the least.

Do trees vote? I support environmentalism but focusing on trees over human lives, or lessening the raging economic inequality or raising the minimum wage or fixing the roads or providing Universal Health Care (which the US funds for Israelis and Ukrainians, but neither Biden nor Trump’s “Make America Great” have ever done) shows who is really calling the shots.

Oh, only 6 Congress critters voted yes on MTG’s bill to NOT fund the failed Israeli “Iron Dome.” (Nazis had a thing about Iron too, of course, Blood & Iron, Blood & Soil.) AOC voted NO against her constituents’ wishes, which one critic rightly compared to saying “I won’t give the mass shooter more weapons or bullets, but I will fund his bullet-proof vest.” How do these scum look in the mirror in the morning?

And when food does get into Gaza, Israel shoots the people trying to get it.

Israel has killed 800 people waiting in sanctioned areas for food aid in the last six weeks. And you can bet the actual number is higher than that. That’s just what the UN was able to verifiably record.

I saw a Twitter comment the gist of which was: the effects of our starvation policy are kicking in right on time, just as predicted. No need to talk about Gaza anymore.
I contemplate this degree of hatred and depravity daily and I continually find it incomprehensible.
And then all of the tut tutting with no action.
Worse are Western government crackdowns on dissent.
    It’s beyond Kafkaesque.
I sometimes try to put myself in that hellscape with constant drone and war machine noise, the stench and rubble everywhere, wasting away, fearful, always fearful. I can’t imagine.
I don’t look at images, although I read accounts, just as I’ve read historical accounts of atrocities, but this one is live with greater destructive forces than ever before.
While I believe in basic human goodness, I have to believe at the same time that demons dwell amongst us. Lots of them. Behold the world.

    What is the cut off?

The cut off wasn’t when footages circulated of IDF soldiers raping a Palestinian. The cut off wasn’t a voice message from a young girl begging medics to come help her and then when she got shot at 355 times. The cut off wasn’t when IDF soldiers shot medics and then bulldozed their bodies. The cut off wasn’t the footage of beheaded babies. The cut off wasn’t when footage showed Palestinians holding white flags and being blown up or going to get aid and being shot at. The cut off wasn’t when people saw the occupation do the exact same thing in the West Bank or settlers invading Al Aqsa mosque and beating people. The cut off wasn’t when IDF soldiers attacked a young man with Down syndrome and forced his family to leave him to die. The cut off wasn’t when babies were left to die in incubators or as israel now stops baby formula. The cut off wasn’t when israel bombed Mosques and Churches or schools and hospitals. The cut off wasn’t when IDF killed over 200 journalists. The cut off wasn’t when medics were kidnapped and others were killed. The cut off wasn’t when footage circulated of a mother digging up her child from under the rubble. The cut off wasn’t when Palestinians were shown displaced in tents. The cut off wasn’t when footages emerged of Palestinians being burnt alive. The cut off wasn’t when a child watched her mother burn. The cut off wasn’t when a child sat staring at a wall not blinking and shaking in shock and horror. The cut off wasn’t a Nakba in 48. The cut off wasn’t Sherine Abu Aklah who was shot doing her job and exposing what’s happening. The cut off wasn’t a young boy explaining how he watched his sister fall through the floor and die. The cut off wasn’t doctors explaining that wounds are now infected with maggots. The cut off wasn’t a mother having to choose which child lives and dies because of the lack of medical equipment. These are all incidents burnt in my brain from memory and so when I hear someone say ‘death to the IDF’ my heart burns because the alternative is a silent world. A world that is depraved and distracted. A world where speaking up against this much evil and decay will land you in jail, fired from a job, discredited or ignored. I expect this level of depravity from israel I did not expect this level of complicity from the world.
